Yeah I really do think.

I have been searching my entire life for the perfect red lipstick. I believe I have found it…or at least created it. At the Revlon factory outlet I purchased a red that I had researched and read was the perfect red, aptly named “love that red.” On our way home I tried some on. It made me look “cheap” if you know what I mean. I had also purchased a shade called “raisin rage.” This color by itself made me look “a little too ironic” if you know what I mean. The two of them layered together was the perfect lipstick marriage.

Who knew that “cheap” + “I’m a ‘b’” equated to the perfect “classy” red?

I also picked up a new lip-gloss at half price that happens to be “cool and poppin.” For all you Twilight fans (I for one am not) I bought a “just bitten” lip stain in “plum wicked” that I am very excited about. I like lip-stains because they give you a more natural “I just ate a cherry popsicle” sort of look as opposed to the “I am wearing 5 coats of lipstick and will get it all over you if you come any sort of close” look. And get this…it’s a roll on! I don’t think I’ve had a lip-gloss come in this form since I was in elementary school. The only bad thing about it is that you have to spread it on rather quickly or it will dry and you’ll end up with too much in one place. Then you really do end up looking like Edward took a little bite of your lip (aka it looks like you’re bleeding). What? No, I haven’t witnessed this personally! I applied it very perfectly the first time…

P.S. I love a good cover song. And is it terrible that the one thing I want to do most before I leave is see Fame? Embrrrasing I know, but I am such a sucker for a good dance movie.
